After some consideration, we have decided to do a community project based on the current need to improve the standard of English Language in the country.

Name of Project:
English Language Support Centre

Objective:
To assist primary school pupils in Kg. Sg. Ayam & Kg. Sg. Suloh to complete their schoolwork in the English Language.

Targetted group:
School children from Year One to Year Six from both SK and SJK schools.

Proposal & Process:
1. Set up a task force. Initially, the members of the Yeong Chang Cyberlinq Kids.
2. Identify a suitable place to set up the support centre (twice a week).
3. Work out the budget needed to run the centre effectively.
4. Identify and approach those who might help to sponsor the project.
5. Put up posters informing the community about the project.
